Heart rate variability (HRV) tracking

When it comes to tracking the health of your nervous system, your ability to recover from a training session, and even your wellness and stress levels, nothing is as effective as heart rate variability (HRV) tracking. This is one biomarker we track at SunSport coaching and is great  indicator of overall health and fitness. Heart rate variability (HRV) gives us more than average heart rate per minute, what most athletes or health conscious individuals measure with a normal HR monitor. HRV is the variation in the intervals between heart beats, If your heart beats like a metronome, with intervals of identical length between each pulse, you have low heart rate variability; this is “bad.” If your heart beats follow a more fractal pattern, with beat intervals of varying length, you have high heart rate variability; this is “good.”

We have a new Service launching soon, ‘SunSport LifeCycle program’- a 6 week masterclass to help you take control of your health, wellness and sporting performance
