Another great ride from Andy Ashurst today taking 1st Vet 50 and 9th overall in a strong field on the tough 27mile Ingleborough circuit.
Great to see him going so well early in the season!! This winter we worked on a new masterplan including resistance work and some specific bike training (secret)…this saw some Peak Power PB’s so expect a big season this year !!!
