After a great winter and early spring training tomorrow Alison competes in the European Triathlon Championships in Lisbon. Alison has been following our performance coaching plan—–1-1 bespoke weekly training, comprehensive exercise physiology testing in our lab, Mallorca training camp so she’s in top shape!
